2. Payment & Billing
- All payments must be made in full upon purchase unless otherwise stated.
- Subscription services (e.g. Jason On Demand) recur automatically through your selected payment method unless canceled in advance.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and current.
3. Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
- This includes coaching calls, memberships, toolkits, training programs, and digital products.
- By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to our no-refund policy regardless of usage.
- Missed sessions are not eligible for refund or reschedule unless canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
4. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel an active subscription before the next billing cycle to stop future charges.
- Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current or past billing periods.
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or through the subscription platform used.
5. Use of Materials
- All content is for personal or internal business use only.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly share our materials without written permission.
6. Confidentiality & Client Data
- All client information shared with us is treated as confidential.
- We do not share your business data, ad account access, or performance results without your consent.
7. Privacy Policy
- We collect personal data (e.g. name, email, payment info) to deliver services and support.
- Your data is stored securely and never sold or shared for marketing purposes.
- You may unsubscribe from our emails at any time.
- We use tools like Meta Pixel and Google Analytics to monitor performance and improve user experience.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Tribeup Academy does not guarantee specific results or performance outcomes.
- We are not liable for losses arising from implementation of our strategies or content.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
- Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon being posted on our website.
